Illuminating System Simulator. Light Indoor Amount and Quality Module (Simulador de Sistemas de Iluminación. Módulo Cantidad y Calidad de Luz en Interiores), is a software design to students of topics about lighting systems. It porpoise is calculates the average light and point light at desk, in accord conditions like artificial light source, visual work, source position, too it calculates quality indicators and values to approach of electric power, in accord with the algorithms of Illuminating Engineering society of North America and Mexican Official Standards (NOM’s) NOM-025-STPS-1999 Condiciones de Iluminación en Centros de Trabajo (Illuminating Conditions in work Places) and NOM-007-ENER-2004 Eficiencia energética en Edificios no residenciales (Energy efficiency in publics buildings).

SIMCLI, was developed in the Laboratory of Illumination and Photometry, belonging to the Department of Electric and Electronic Engineering of the Technological Institute of Puebla.

At the moment SIMCLI software is only available in Spanish language.
